This was an unusual time and day for two Saturday teams to play a match. What was more strange though, was the fact that these two are in Mid Sussex League Division 4 South (Step 12) and they open up their season with this exact fixture this coming Saturday!

Barcombe took the honours today, courtesy of being the more clinical with their chances. Come Saturday, it could be a totally different outcome.
